Welcome to Morning Mist, a charming three-bedroom coastal retreat in Maine where sweeping ocean views greet you from every room. Nestled along the water with shared access to Merriman Cove—including a dock, ramp, and float—this is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and soak in the beauty of the coast.

Inside, the home offers a bright and spacious living area adorned with one-of-a-kind artwork and expansive water views. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped and features a cozy breakfast nook, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six—ideal for gathering after a day by the sea.

The lower level hosts three inviting bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combination. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and share a full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.

Step outside and enjoy the best of coastal living. A generous lawn, multiple ocean-view decks, and refreshing sea breezes create the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening sunsets. The peaceful seaside neighborhood adds to the home’s relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
