Lowell's Cove Cottage

The cottage was exactly as described! It was very clean and well appointed with many extras that weren't expected. It was very centrally located to all the places we wanted to see and explore! The owners were in constant touch to answer any questions we may have before our arrival. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, serene vacation close to the ocean!!

This cottage was in a wonderful location and included all the amenities we could ask for during our 3 night stay!

The house was clean, stocked with cooking supplies, fresh linens/towels, good sized bathroom, nice deck and a great location!

We enjoyed our stay in our little house. The place was so clean and comfortable. Plenty of supplies for cooking and staying at the house. It seemed to be a very quiet neighborhood and pleasant. I reccomend this house for renting, just please don’t rent it on our week!!! The only thing that might discourage some renters is that the property isn’t on the water, however there is a nearby beach within walking distance.

This is my second time staying here and it is superb. The property is peaceful, relaxing, safe, and it has everything you would want in a cabin. What's even better is that the property has a brand new air conditioner / heat pump system installed.

This home was very clean, well-maintained, and well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom supplies that you will need for your stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and has a true small-town Maine feeling. There was so much to do within a short drive including breweries, plenty of restaurants (Highly Recommmend Cook's, Sundrenched and Red's), hiking trails, and all that Boothbay has to offer. Cleaning, commuication and trash removal were also made very simple!

We had a wonderful vacation with our grandson! Lowell's Cove Cottage is one of the most well equipped places we have rented (and we have been renting summer homes for about 20 years!) The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short drive to grocery stores and other amenities and attractions. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this property & would definitely come back! We (husband & wife) took our 18-month daughter and had everything we needed (including high chair, sippy cups, etc). The property is a lovely location on Orr’s island and the walk around the neighborhood was lovely. We took a stroll every morning and everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly. We felt very safe in the area. The owners are very conscientious and checked in on us during arrival. Highly recommended!
