Dockside

Our family has been enjoying Dockside for several years. We like the home, pocket beach, and access to Maine Island Trail islands. We have our annual family gathering here. Great to get to spend with them. PS. Love Erica's and the Dolphin.

Simply awesome. The house is just lovely. It is so comfortable and welcoming. We loved sitting in the front porch as it rained and had great conversation. No electronics, just peace and quiet. The property is great for playing yard games, relaxing, or catching the last bit of sunshine.

This lovely property was nicely situated with a private dock that we enjoyed immensely. Our fellow travelers bailed out on us at the last minute so really it was much too big for just the two of us,but, it was their loss. Love doing business with Mainstay Vacations and would HIGHLY recommend them. Their service is above average and they truly do everything they can to ensure you have a pleasant stay. This is my second time using them and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.

Love this property...this was the second time we have stayed there. The view is fantastic and the dock large and makes access to the water easy. Only suggestion is may want to think about replacing the beds in the near future; we used the king, the queen and the full size and all thought they were somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great!

Three couples rented this house for a week. We had a wonderful time. It was relaxing and the perfect size.

Fantastic! A perfect house, clean and spacious with a lovely waterfront. Our only regret is we were so busy with graduation that we didn't have enough time to be at the house and enjoy it. There is no need to go anywhere -- a perfect spot to spend days reading and relaxing, swimming etc.

Always enjoyed staying at Dockside . Excellent kayaking , convenient to everything, friendly people , fun to swim.

The Dockside stay was nothing short of life changing for me. Being from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, this stay reminded me of being on Lake Superior and put me right at home. With great sight seeing and even better food options right down the road you will never want to leave. Very clean and up to date living, house layout is perfect for privacy and provides plenty of comfort.

Perfect spot to kayak. swim , or just sit and enjoy.

Lovely area lots of wildlife, great kayaking Very friendly people You do not feel like a tourist Ha ha Feels like home.

If you want to experience the uniqueness and beauty of Maine Dockside is your place! The modern house is spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook a meal. We used the large lobster pot multiple times to cook lobsters purchased locally. The outside deck was a great place to enjoy morning coffee or just relaxing and watching the water. We especially loved going to the dock for an incredible view! There are great views from every room especially the bedroom with its wall of windows. I can’t say enough about Dockside and the fabulously location. We have been coming to Maine for the past 6 years and this is our favorite house and location. So much to do and see. We stayed 10 days and the time went by so quickly! We will definitely be back!!

This is our second yet renting Dockside and we absolutely feel right at home when we arrive. The location is perfect, the house is so comfortable, and the massive deck and dock are top notch.

We enjoyed our week at Dockside very much. The house was a modern, clean, well equipped, home in a very pretty and private location. It has access to water via a private dock, as well as a large yard for games. We launched our kayaks from the beach area every day, but if a beach for swimming for young children is important to you, this may not be your best choice as the beach area is small and a bit rocky. One thing important to me was that the property managers, MaineStay, were excellent...they were professional and very responsive to my inquiries.

So peaceful and relaxing

The house was beautiful. Very cozy and clean/modern. We enjoyed sitting on the deck or brining our chairs to the yard to watch the sunset. Perfect location. I cannot wait to go back!

Everything was clean, the house and property were beautiful, the kitchen was supplied with everything we could possibly need, and there was plenty of privacy. We wished we could have stayed longer. The bald eagle and DOZENS of monarch butterflies feeding on the plants in the yard made our visit especially memorable. The agent with whom we dealt while there was extremely helpful to us.

Excellent to kayak swim enjoy life

This property was everything I hoped for in a Maine vacation rental. My first trip to Maine was made by this house, views and dock. The house was very clean. There was a nice surprise bonus twin bed in the closet of the bedroom with the two twins and queen bed, my daughter thought this was amazing and made this into her own little room. Nice basketball hoop in the driveway that was also unexpected that we enjoyed! Many mornings spent waking up early to get down and see what goodies could be found by the dock at low tide.

The views! The dock and the fact that we could have kayaks delivered to use all week. How clean it was too! MaineStay services were great, very responsive any time we had a question.

Bright and spacious house on a large lot leading down to a dock and Ewin Narrows. A great place for boating, for kids to play, or for adults just to chill out and enjoy Maine light and air. And only a short drive to Brunswick.
