Having undergone a major renovation in 2023, and new to the vacation rental market, guests will enjoy brand-new bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen with water views, quartz countertops, a coffee bar, new appliances, new flooring, a whole house water purification system, and new designer furnishings.
Surrounded by 5 acres of mature woodlands and tidal waterfront and situated in a quiet corner accessed by a long, private drive, you will find peace in this oasis. Swim, kayak or fish from the dock or enjoy family walks and playtime on the expansive lawn. The exquisite backyard offers glimpses of teeming wildlife and to enhance your experience, we provide a selection of classic games, including badminton, corn hole, and croquet.
With more than 2700 square feet of stylishly appointed living space, this charming, contemporary post-and-beam home offers views of the water and trees that encompass this oasis. Among the home's key features are a spacious, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a first-floor laundry, and a full bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, a soaking tub, and lots of large windows offering water views and plenty of light.
The first floor and master bedroom offer A/C and new fans in all the other second-story bedrooms to keep guests comfortable.
The three bedrooms and den are located on the second story and offer a king bed, queen bed, and a full and twin-size bed in the third room. The second-story den features a comfy queen-sized pull-out sofa and also offers an office desk, chair, and beautiful water views for those who need to do a little work away from home.
Outside you can bask in the sun on the large sundeck facing the water, and spend hours with family and friends playing or lounging on the large lawn or meandering along the path leading to the shorefront and private dock. The deck is a great place to relax, barbeque, and enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. There is a charming bridge over a small ravine leading to the shore, where adults and children alike may enjoy a wooden swing that hangs from a tree along the shore.
Oasis Cove is only 15 minutes from Brunswick center, Baileys Island, and Dolphin Marina and only 5 minutes from the Black Sheep Wine Market.

We've been renting from Maine Stay Vacations for the past 4 years. They promote beautiful properties and this one is no exception. We had beautiful weather, privacy, plenty of room, a fantastic kitchen and more. My only recommendation is to get add cable. Sometimes you just want to turn on the tv and not have to download apps to watch something. We look forward to returning to Oasis! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Beautiful and private waterfront property. Newly renovated interior, cozy, comfortable and clean! We have been staying in various rental homes in Maine for over 10 years and we would definitely return to this one!
Only minor detail is that they leave you sheets and you have to make your own beds up. We have never had to do that. Wonderful experience overall.

This house was stunning, and a wonderful vacation home. We were extremely happy with the accommodations, the size of the property, the location and its proximity to many stores supermarkets, and activities. The pictures do not give the actual home justice given the amenities accessible, including the the size I’d the home, water dock, access to a Grill with all new furnishings and washer and dryer. This is a well-kept and clean property. We could not have been any more happier with this vacation.

In a word, SUBLIME. The house was as idyllic and ideal as one would hope it to be. The creature comforts exceeded expectations. The location couldn't have been better. Everything was absolute perfection.
The house is quiet and sits right on the cove. The dock is maybe 75 yards to the water. The water is perfectly swimmable and lovely. The kitchen overlooks the back deck and yard. The back deck is roomy and perfect for meals outside. The interior of the home is also very spacious. Bedding, linens, decor were really lovely. It was truly perfection.
And the MaineStay team were exceptional. Always communicative and accessible. Always informative and accommodating.
We rent every summer from locations like Block Island, Vermont, Narragansett, and beyond. We are quite familiar with the Brunswick area. Harpswell was new to us and it did not disappoint!

I brought my two children to this amazing property and it was an absolute gem. My son loved being ableto kayak from the dock and I explored acres of wilderness which was actually the backyard. The deerwere crossing in front of us right when we pulled in, just like the movies. The location is perfect, you aresecluded and private, but within driving distance to some great restaurants and iconic Maine Lobsters.We had a great Lobster cook off! The views from inside made me want to get up, watch the sunrise andenjoy every minute. This is a home, not a cottage, and shows pride of ownership. The hosts werewonderful and our family thanks you. We spent a week a the Oasis at Harpswell Cove in August with our two grown children and their partners and we had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, well represented on the listing, fully equipped, spotless, perfectly comfortable. The beds were all comfortable and split AC nice to have. The cove is stunning, silent, still in the mornings and evenings, perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. We had a really nice, restful and fun break and highly recommend the house. The only thing we’d point out is that they could make the fact that you need to bring in your own drinking water a bit more obvious/clear on the listing. It’s not a big issue but is important to know and plan for!
